I don't think it does no, not on benz  or most euro vehicles, the simple ones are not even working lately.

   Didn't spot this function so far but I don't think key programming for Benz is an option that we will see for a long time, if ever. Even specialised key programmers like SuperOBD won't do mercs. The tools for this brand are sold separately and damn expensive.
